Interviews are welcome in our office with prior arrangement. However, we advise clients to hold the interview in their respective homes so they can gauge if the presented candidate will be suitable with the task in the house.

The salary as well as the general conditions must be agreed between you and the worker. We at UE Servicios Filipinos can guide you depending on your needs and as stipulated by law. Two extra payments/bonuses are given (June and December) and a full vacation month to be added as part of the salary.

Yes, vacations must be agreed by the employer and the employee. All holidays will be free as well but you have flexibility depending on the needs of your home. The staff is entitled to 30 NATURAL DAYS per year that can be taken as a whole or depending on the agreement of both parties.

Breaks will be agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of the employment. In general, workers are allowed at least a one hour break if they’re working for eight hours and two hours if 12 hours.

According to the labour law, workers receive a minimum weekly rest time of one and a half uninterrupted days. This generally includes Saturday afternoon or, where applicable, Monday morning, and the whole of Sunday. Externas generally have 2 free days, which are Saturdays and Sundays. Days off will be agreed before the commencement of employment.
